It is indeed richard but wears smaller as its only 40mm across the bezel. I have had 42 mm watches that wear much bigger and thicker than this. By the way further to your concerns re the movement I have had no problems and timekeeping is superb.

yep stefs, if I were buying a Speedy, that would be my pick! So much happening on the dial.
I've been busy moving to a new apartment, so no good pictures yet of the Aquis Maldives yet, but here are some quick and dirty ones. Will be wearing this all week. Except the clasp, the titanium hasn't shown scratches (even the polished parts) and the watch is gaining only a couple of seconds/day, which is superb for a 2-3 yr old watch. Oris may call the dial blue, but I'm going to call it grey.

I thought you would notice  . Just timing my commute on the first day of traveling to work from the new place. Much longer than the old one.

Here is another pic where the ceramic bezel looks like tungsten.

I love the way the hands and indices sparkle in the sunlight.

Which I realize you can't see in the picture.

Thanks, Bernie. It's a nice watch to wear under a dark suit for work.

Still a decent timekeeper, too.
