Is it 'Self Winding/Automatic'?...

Not my cup of tea, but I have a dislike of Apple products in general :silent:
I am a fan of Apple laptops.

But only one of these six "watches" fails to tell me the time when not on the wrist.

From what I see there none of them are telling you the time right now! I assume one is correct / running but which one?

I think Downer will have a stroke when he sees the lack of coordination.
The Damasko is the one running, I don't own a winder :)

That is actually one of the things that is kind of annoying about my Apple Watch, you can't set it to just display the time, all the time. The screen has to go black. I still find it a useful tool tho.

I have to fess up. It belongs to a friend did mine who works for Apple. Studied music at Oxford!
He was showing it to me last night and let me have a play with it. The way he described it was quite insightful. He explained that in the offices now people were developing behaviour that previously and in the normal works would be seen as weird. Standing up when the watch tells you that you have been sitting for too long, not taking the lifts to increase the steps taken in a day.

To be honest it was very tactile and for someone who enjoys winding, playing with bezels or basically playing with your watch (like I do) it was very pleasing.

The jury is still out for me, but I think I like it.

Just replaced the strap on my only mechanical watch, one I've owned for 20 years - the ETA 2842 based Swatch Automatic

Anyone else worn four watches today, or just me? (One was only on my wrist for 20 minutes though)
