Indeedy! I would imagine that these are a bit of a marmite watch. I never really liked the design, but got one to try, and I love it!

Newly acquired from sales corner! Red wine Kemmner tonneau w/miyota auto mvt. I contacted Ronaldo Kemmner directly and asked how many were made: he said only 15 of the 200 made were this red wine color--others were either black or cream! Gasp!! If pic doesn't show up via tapatalk, I'll edit later.

Spent some time on my fav this morning, regulated to around 5 seconds a day, brushed the case top (sides still polished). Murphy bezel (the best) and Dagaz insert. Love this watch:

^^Abridged versions are never the best :lol:

I read that someone called the new one the Tudor Tolstoy because the text of War and Peace could fit on the dial.

Also, just be content that they left out "superlative" before the chronometer. I guess the new Pelagos is just a mediocre chronometer.
