I got mine HERE

Not the cheapest, but reliable and great service.

^Mark, the Alpinist looks much better than those photos, trust me. I was just trying to show the strap. And is also a nice size for you at 38mm. It is the only Seiko I have (apart from an old Seiko 5) and the finishing is much better than its price suggests. Further, due to the Japanese Yen falling, it is at its best price ever (under 250 pounds for you) right now from SeiyaJapan and others. Also, your wife can wear it as well - my gf is wearing it today.

I got a good quality springbar tool recently and it has made changing straps much easier for an amateur like me. I made another strap change to wear the yellow Mako myself. Could work for some time I think. What do you think, gwells?

I love the yellow in this watch. I am amazed that the lume on my Mako is so good (better than my C60).

Let's not forget Uncle Customs, Auntie VAT and our cousins Excise and Duty here of course.....
(and also the illegitimate **** child called Fed-Ex or whoever else wants their pound of flesh for the privilege of getting it to you)

That will more than likely add £50 to the deal

Fortunately, I did not have to pay any taxes or duties on my Alpinist from Seiya. My sympathies to the UK folks on this.

Lost weekend. Miserable weather. Exam marking and report writing. I need this to cheer me up and remind me of holidays.
