Re: Non CW of the Day
Thanks Bernie. She looks a bit dainty in her bed between two other 45mm divers but I think that she is a great little watch and a perfect way to try out the smaller cases.tempusmaximus wrote:A great VFM watch Nick , very nice
Glad to see the Tissot again. That brand appeals to me more every time I see their timepieces.

Good luck with the yellow beastie sale. A great price for that watch!

Glad you like it Nick. Mind you for a lot of people (forum members) a 43mm diver's watch is considered large!
I've had this one of mine on today

Yep, that's the one that Nathan and I craved when it first came out. Enjoy
Edit - Is that 42mm? It looks bigger in the pics

The bracelet on this is a proper chunk - 22mm all the way round

I only just got it sized up last night and can't believe how big it is. It's like wearing some kind of offender's tag

It is a lovely watch though. I like how the applied markers catch the light.

Re: Non CW of the Day
yeah, it's a healthy bracelet. looks good on the watch, though (not in love with the clasp). i also liked it on shark mesh. i'm thinking hard on a couple of leather options for it. it will be my first target for making my own (although i'm not holding my breath that it will be successful). but i'm also wondering about a handmade, dark gray canvas. i asked drew from drewstraps about it, but he hasn't found a good dark gray or black canvas fabric yet. or maybe a very clean, black leather with just the two stitches in a dark beige.

I think this will be like the Longines Legend Diver and look pretty good on a whole range of straps – very versatile dial and case design.
