Hi Peteo, you are correct this is a now discontinued TT1 Day Date, info can be found on below link:

One of my fav's , it was my first automatic and at the time I only bought it since it was on sale at a local Oris dealer.gradually its appeal did grow on me, its certainly seen a lot of wrist time and still does :D

I had been trying to source a metal bracelet but will probably leave it on the rubber strap,looks great as it is imo.
Its my only Oris but if I see a BC3 on metal come up at the right price,that should complete my Oris collection!

I've got a 40 year old version of that movement in one of my vintage Tissots :D It's not finished anywhere near as well as that tho, but then it hasn;t gotan exhibition back!!
