FieryTowse, what a coincidence.

I wore the gold-capped version today.

I wasn't going to pull the crown 30 times to get the date back to "3". :)

I've been up in Shropshire for a cousin's wedding. It was a good do actually and good to get together with a side of the family I don't see enough of. Still, it's nice to be home :)

Thanks stefs. My GD has been the topic of some discussion in the past (http://www.christopherwardforum.com/vie ... 53&t=10769) and it has been remarked upon that it's a pretty rare dial. I've only seen one other pictured example of the same dial.

It's been on the bracelet since last year when I finally spotted an eBay seller honest enough not to try passing them off as genuine Omega NOS (and adding 50% to the price). The blue leather proved a little insubstantial and a little too blue for my taste. That said, I've got an old white leather strap that a mate has offered to refurbish for me and which I'm looking forward to getting back on the watch.

Cheers,

FT.
