Re: Non CW of the Day
Many thanks to the members who were posting kind comments about my Ball Mid-COW. I confirm that it is, unfortunately, a steel watch with a black-grey dial. I think my phone camera was set at the more red-tinged indoor fluorescent-light setting.Peteo wrote:Hmmm, looking on the website, it appears that this pic just looks blue to me because of the lighting. Looks like it's actually black. A shame for my hunt but still a great watch!Peteo wrote: Agreed. I love it too. I struggle with most of Ball's non-dress offerings, but this one's a real stunner. I might have to add it to my list of possible blue diver targets.
It really is a tough yet nice looking watch. And the bracelet and clasp are absolutely SOLID and amazingly well-built. You can see the nicely-beveled and polished edges on each otherwise-brushed link.

Re: Non CW of the Day
Old (out of focus) photo of a favourite of mine which I haven't worn for ages. I'm not quite sure why I don't wear it much more often. It keeps great time and it's a lovely size.
