It's a divers watch rated to 200m, and it's made of steel, not balsa wood. I think it can handle a hose pipe, a bit of water/detergent and a sponge, followed by some vigorous drying towel action.

The biggest risk is scratching the car with the bracelet clasp, but I'm careful to avoid that. :)

I've no doubt it will survive the ordeal, I just personally wouldn't risk scratching that much watch doing manual labour :?
