Having a 2 watch day today,

Wore the Rotary earlier on, and I have just set the time and date on the Magrette for wearing out later on this evening.

Started the day with a gentle 120 mile drive down the motorway.... ended up getting my hands dirty, so luckily, it was an MBII today...

Puncture? I would have stashed the MBII safely in the glove box before getting my hands dirty fixing that

A nice gentle day in the park with the wife and kiddies for me, exactly what the Tutima wasn't made for

No, nothing as bad as that.. (which is fortunate, because I have no idea if my car even has a spare wheel, but that's another story)... I got roped into a bunch of chores at the inlaws - a wood-sawing, mallet-thumping, pressure-washing, lawn-mowing, fixer-upping kind of day.

You surprise me Richard! Considering how studious you are when researching a watch purchase, I can't believe you don't know if your car has a spare

They're usually in the boot under the carpet

Well... It's either a collapsible spare or a compressor and can of gunk... I remember reading about it, but cannot recall looking under the carpet. In my defence, I have only had the car a couple of months...
