I've been waiting for this for a long time. Now all I need is an Alfa Romeo and some dusty roads.

Re: Non CW of the Day
That Halios is easily the nicest dive watch at or about its price currently on the market. I've gone off divers lately but it ticks all the boxes for me. Lovely watch, Greg
That Heuer isn't bad either!
Edit - neither is the Sinn. I'm feeling like a pauper again

Re: Non CW of the Day
i think what's cool about the halios tropik is that, while it's a functional diver, it's a bit more elegant than most (and a lot more original than so much else that's out there).
the "g" is for Greg...

I really do like this and a Sinn is currently at the top of my list. However I am worried that the U1 may be a bit too big for my skinny wrists. How does it wear ?It'sAliveJim wrote:Needed something submersible for the £%?# weather today

i suspect that since mine is rose gold, it won't see the briny depths, either.

my pics always make my watches look bigger than they are, but the U1 wears a lot smaller than you'd think for a 44mm watch. The lug to lug size is relatively small and the lugs are curved so it actually sits really comfortably.
I guess the only way to know is try one on – admittedly not easy with Sinn depending on where you live, but I think you'd be pleasantly surprised. If you're ever down London way we could arrange a meet to try it

Thanks for the info. and very kind offer. I generally only get down to 'that London' for the Rugby League - but much appreciated. It'sAliveJim wrote:Hi Andy,Andyshall wrote:I really do like this and a Sinn is currently at the top of my list. It's good to know that they wear smaller, I had been looking at the EZM 3 at 40mm but prefer yours. Further research has also led to the surprise that Jura's high street arm CW Sellors has a branch near me in Leeds and the website says it stocks Sinn. A rare trip into town will be on the cards - got to decide what to sell and start saving now.
