Purchased a month or so ago on the forum's "Sales Corner" (thanks Footycrazy) I've put this titanium Citizen Nighthawk on a grey ZRC rally strap with matching orange stitching. Nothing wrong with the original titanium bracelet, it's just that with winter approaching in Australia, I tend to swap a few watches to leather straps and I thought this would be a good candidate.

I like the result! :D

It makes a nice change from the usual plethora of numbers and circles usually found on them - even (or maybe especially) including the 3 hand non-chrono models... ;)

:P dug out of an old winder!

Ironically though, in the garage, I was actually looking for a lost watch! The great missing CW c7.

Bought it, was not sure about it so never actually wore it, forgot all about it, saw a picture this week, thought "I am sure that I have one of those."

Checked with the Memsahib, she confirmed that I did not return it, but I have nooooooo idea where the heck it could be.

Cor, I'll check my garage for that Patek I mislaid!
On a serious note, an expensive fountain pen of my wife's disappeared into thin air in the kitchen over a year ago, and we have emptied cupboards, even moved a large range, and STILL can't find the prodigal pen! It us infuriating, isn't it? :(

Another watch with patina.

I dropped it on the floor earlier today.

No apparent issues, Still running accurately, no rattling of anything loose inside....

Looks like its declared shock resistance qualities are still up to snuff after 56 years!

Glad she is ok, and still loving the bandy legs!

I must admit that as nice as it is to see all the pristine examples of watches on here, I do love to see the "proper" watches that show their histories in every scratch, ding and scrape on their faces.
