Giving the new Speedmaster much wrist-time has meant that I have been ignoring my daily Seiko. Some mowing has given the opportunity to enjoy it again for what is is.

Re: Non CW of the Day
Interesting, Bernie! What's with the Roman window? Is it months or some way of showing the days? Portuguese, perhaps?

Both my Seikos have the option to show the day in English or Roman numerals.

Interesting. My three Japanese divers have all had the English or Spanish option.

The Roman Numerals represent the day of the week. The watch was bought from abroad .Lego is right , when I purchased the watch it was set on the roman numerals.
I like it though

Looks like a pretty good result!
It's a shame you can't really refer to it as MickeyMouse, because that's what the dial looks like to me
