Nothing like a good gym session for stress relief. I use boxing gloves and a punch bag for aerobic work: 3 x two minute rounds (can't use treadmill etc due to a dodgy hip).

Nice old Seiko by the way, I have one that's similar with the same movement.

It is amazing watching the hands dance as you change from setting to setting! My stepfather-in-law is into 'odd' quartzes and downloaded the manufacturer's handbook which I have in 'hard copy' if anyone wants it....otherwise it will not fully re-set if the battery becomes fully flat.
