The website states that UHR watches are German made , given the price I suspect a fair amount of far eastern input. Movt is the ubiquitous 2824.
This particular model seems a bit of a "stock" piece , very similar designs being sold by other brands , one example being Davosa. The UHR version comfortably the best price I've seen & a bit of a bargain I reckon.
