I gotta say, Dancematt, I really like this watch. It's way too big for me, but I really do like it a lot.
Shes a big girl for sure (although only slightly more than your ordered Magrette?) but shes got a lovely face and she loves water sports so i couldn't part ways.
By the numbers, they are about the same. I'm a little concerned about the Magrette, but Dion says that "it's too big" is enough of a reason to return it. So I should be okay. Plus, as much as I like the Orient, I've already got a yellow faced diver that I'm plenty happy with. There are other holes in the collection to fill.

And if it was 42mm instead of 44mm and 300m WR instead of 3000m (very thick sapphire and body - lower WR would thin it down and who needs 3000m anyway ) it would be perfect. Certainly a very easy to read dial.

An accountant chap at my breakfast meeting collared me over coffee and asked if my watch was an Omega. I told him it is better than an Omega. He didn't believe me until I told him how much I paid for it and let him have a feel of it.
