I got it on ebay like this, but had to get the movement serviced, which was around $100. I'm sure the dial is an aftermarket replacement but it is at least the correct style and the internal bezel is original.

The Russian seller accidentally put it in another package destined for the UK, then emailed the buyer to ask them to send it on so I received it RMSD instead of Russian Post. I emailed the other buyer to say thanks but haven't heard back :?
