New Sinn models for 2012

Post by ianblyth »

Looked at them but don't like any of them. Just as well when I found it how much they were.

Quite like the 6090 big date, then discovered it's a Banker's watch.
No more Quartz (except when I cannot resist).

Read this on Sinn website about the 901

"What is special about this case is the ability to finely adjust the lugs, allowing users to extend or shorten the bracelet length. The mechanism is built into the case and permits the bracelet to be altered by up to 3 x 0.8 mm per lug side. This increases wearing comfort, as the bracelet length can then be adjusted flexibly as the occasion requires."

Can anyone shed light on this? Does it just move the lugs in and out a bit which would increase the case to lug gap- might look a bit odd especially on a square cased watch?
