Excellent choice!

I see you got it from Catherine Jones jewellers - they've done rather well out of me over the years, as have my wife and 2 daughters

Tell me about it! At least when my wife moans about how many watches I've got, I can remind her that she's got more Georg Jensen jewellery than I've got watches! :)

Now, where's that wrist shot?! :D

Ok ok ok, quick one before work!
People often comment on the long angled lugs, as i have small flat wrists it's not a problem.

Much obliged to you. That looks the perfect size for you (and, by inference, for me too!). Lovely. :)

@ddav - Apologies if you already mentioned it somewhere, but could you confirm the size of this watch? The Nomos store shows the Tangente DWB (UK) with 33mm or 35mm case and the Tangente DWB (USA) with 33 or 38mm...

Happy Birthday :D

And congratulations on another stunning Nomos.

I'm wearing mine today as I first wore it on a Wednesday, so obviously Wednesdays are now Nomos Wednesdays

Thanks. It looks a good size for you, with those extended lugs, anything bigger may have looked 'big'.

Very nice. The red 12 does indeed make the watch stand out a bit.

It also adds a nice connexion in that the Red 12 was developed for early military wristwatches and DWF/MSF/AOG operate in zones of conflict.

I did try one one and was disappointed at how light it felt so will be interested to see how you find it.

Oh, and happy birthday :)
I know what you mean about the feel and the weight, I would guess its one of my lightest watches in the collection. Maybe the mirexal and omega Geneve run it close.

Now don't go blaming me for things your about to do!

Nomos and MSF/DWB teamed up so a portion of the sale of each watch goes to the charity. With all the pieces sold that's a £200,000 donation.

Enjoy your Nomos. One of the Nomos models was my first quality watch and has drawn (or pulled) me into the world of watches. However, I have never found a better quality if it comes to hand-wound mechanical watches (maybe the C5 slimline can prove me wrong there...). The 12 really makes it stand out!

Mhmm, let me think, I have got four Nomos watches... but I haven't got the... No, four watches by Nomos are enough... but the Tangente... :anmachen:
