The thread topic says it. I saw this yesterday and laughed it of as not worthy of a discussion. Although I did consider it for the "Joke of the day" thread.

Anyone who would spend this kind of money on this product definitely has "more money than...."

I suppose if you have it, and want to flaunt it, for a watch that 1/2 the technology will be outdated in 2 years, then by all means have it if it makes you happy. :silent:

I have an idea, I'll get some one to make the bracelet and use a C65 as the head:

C65 on bracelet: US$750.00
Apple Watch 38mm: US$550.00
Modded Bracelet: US$500.00 (I'm sure it can be done)
Total: US$1,800.00
Sell for $7,500.00 limited to 500 pieces for a tidy profit of US$2,850,000.00

I'll be emailing everyone looking for seed investment and pre orders, now where did I put that bridge?

The marketing stub - "This classic timepiece shows the world you have an affinity for discerning tastes, and provides you with the technology that respects you to the core of your being. The 41mm case exudes style personified. Inside the case lays the mechanical wonder of the NG2824A movement, certified by the Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres, the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute, and is rated to 100-meter depths for pressure. The bracelet mechanics meld fine, Swiss-watchmaking traditions with the support of the 38mm Apple Watch, included for the insightful Nico Gerard clients that preorder this elegant marvel."
