'Wearable device integration: enhanced vehicle diagnostic awareness and multisensory notifications.' I just want to know what time it is and leave the diagnostics to my mechanic. However, it did make for interesting reading.

Sounds great. How long before someone smashes into the back of the car in front whilst faffing around with the buttons on their wrist device? Now, had they said the pebble device automatically unlocks the doors, primes the ignition so the car can be started with a push of a button and welcomes you in a husky female voice before delivering a back massage I would have been way more impressed.

Interesting technology but for me an app on my phone would be fine. Also why would I need to see info on the car on my wrist whilst sitting in the car? Doesn't it have a screen for that anyway?
