Just saw some more real life pictures of this watch. It looks great. It's a shame that the Regattare 2011 has a different design, besides the different colour. This one looks so much better, but I don't like bronze!

My sincere apologies for the delay. We had a lot more interest in the Regattare Bronze than expected, this has pushed or resource but we are trying our best to get everyone's orders out as soon as possible.

It is the weekend here (Saturday), your Magrette will be picked up by courier Monday morning. Once it leaves the country it will show your shipment’s progress.
So will be another week or so before I see it :(
Looks like mine has bee sitting in Customs since Friday. Sad. Want watch now. When are those NASA types going to perfect transporter technology?

It's here! It's here! I picked it up this morning and opened it on the bus on the way to work. I'm sure people thought me weird.

It really like it a lot. I think it wears a shade too big for me, but I think I'm okay with it. We'll see how I feel about it in a week or so.

Hooooray, new watch! :D

What's your wrist size Peteo?

It looks very nice indeed. It's a shame they don't do a non-bronze version anymore. Thanks for the pics.

My wrist comes in at a shade under 7". Scrawny as all get out. I think I can get used to this one though. Which also makes me hopeful for that 44mm C8 Pilot one day.

I definitely will need to change the band at some point though. Not really a fan of the black on brown.

You'll be fine with the C8 Pilot. I manage with 6.5" wrists :) It's a pretty slim watch at 9.7mm (slimmer than the Reggatare which is probably around 15mm?) and it's true what they say, it wears smaller than it's size suggests.

Looks lovely. Glad for you that yours has arrived. Mine is still spending time at Her Majesty's pleasure so will be a few more days before I get it :( worse thing is parents are back from Aukland tomorrow so they could have brought it back with them.

Looking good Peteo. Not sure it suits you though, a tad too large methinks? I'll take it off your hands. Before I do, do you think you could try and obtain a bronze crown? That's the only thing that's mildly visually displeasing. Oh and the museum grade crystal that highway mentioned. Sort that out whilst you're at it, there's a good chap. 8)

Don't worry, androo. Some day, your watch will come. :)

I do think it's a tad big. Like I said though, I think I'm okay with having one watch that skirts on the line. I don't think that it's comically big, so I am leaning toward keeping it.

I do wish that the crown was also bronze. I'm not sure how easy it is to remedy that though. Any thoughts?
