Thanks, guys. I had it on all day today and other than needed to change the side I took the link out of, to re-centre the case on my wrist, I absolutely love the look, both esthetics and the ease of reading the dial. A definate keeper.

Most welcome! Glad you have it sorted out now. The bracelet is nice and comfortable once adjusted. I have the 6 side shorter by 1 link than the 12.

Yea, right now I have 5 on each side, and the easylink is extended fully at the first position giving me no 'wiggle room' for hot (puffy) days. Need to switch around to get to a point where I can fold the easylink link. Which sounds redundant.

Congratulations, it's a beautiful watch.

Off topic, sorry, but am I the only one who keeps reading the thread header as "Incoming camel" ???
I am not a collector of watches. I used to be able to say that and know I was telling the truth.

Thanks. I am really happy with this watch. So darn easy to read. It is making me rethink my entire box, with an eye to get down to three or four really sweet pieces. I am halfway there with this and the Black Bay.

And the super bonus was the cost. Watchrecon's mildly used prices for the same piece are in the US $6000-$6850 range, which is a further 30% premium on my dollar right now.

I really do suggest those looking to buy take a look at the sale area of the canwatchco.ca forum. It has nowhere near the conversation we have here, but it does offer quite a listing of new and used watches. Yes you have to register (username, password, birth date), but you get right into the buy/sell area after signing up and there is no limit on posts before you view the sales area or, I believe, post there. Most seem to offer shipping to the US if requested, and if a seller won't ship overseas, I can act as the middleman - ship to me and I'll reship to you.

With the premium on US vs CDN dollars, and even GBP vs CDN $, there might be some real bargains as all prices on that site are in Canadian dollars, per forum requirement. I was eyeing a Seamaster for $2800 CDN, or a 2011 Speedy Pro for $3600. There's another brand new (twice worn) Speedy Pro for $4500 CDN. For B&R aficionados there's a 40mm B&R by Sinn Chrono for $1700 CDN.

Oh, and if you do sign up you can change from the black and orange theme from the dropdown at the bottom of the page. Selecting 'New Test Style' makes it similar to this forum -- at least its black and blue on white.

^thats all good rgb, but can you tell me the name of the smallest province in Canada? It needs the answer to register
And it doesn't accept "Prince Edward Island" which is the answer as per google.
