Are you able to try actual pieces on? Because when I had to choose between a Tangente and an Orion (both looked good to me), I found that while the former's looks and dial had always appealed to me on paper, on my wrist it was just too many straight planes and sharp corners and edges, esp the lugs. On dial looks alone, though, I do prefer the Tangente to the Ludwig. But if an Orion is also available, I would suggest you try all 3.
