That watch looks stunning. By the time I found Halios (via the Forum ) the black had sold out and I did'nt have the courage for the blue.
Do you mind my asking if you used Halios.eu or direct from Canada?

i bought a very lightly used one on watchuseek. they've been popping up every few days, but there's not much (if any) discount since they aren't available for a while.

really hoping the bracelet comes out before the end of april, it will make a nice potential birthday gift idea.

Nothing wrong with that at all Greg, except perhaps the strap, which could do with being thicker. Having said that, it is still a lovely piece. Congratulations.

the rotor is a little noisy, but not terribly so. other than that, it's been keeping good time (although i haven't been tracking the seconds) for the first couple of days. i may try to test it across a week of wear soon, just out of curiosity.

Lol yes I have the Tropik B and a Laguna (not for sale!). The SS in black looks great. They are also developing a larger diver called the Delfin, which I am sure will sell fast too. Jason the owner is a great guy to deal with.

the delfin looks interesting, but i don't want to go any bigger than the tropik or C60. i didn't get to deal with jason, since i bought used, but will hopefully deal with him soon when the bracelet comes out.

so i've found one thing i *don't* like about it. really the strap. or actually the buckle. it's very sharp on the inside of the buckle where it hits the strap, so it does some damage to the strap where it sits. Since someone else wore it a few times one notch away from where i do, it's a mild PITA putting it on. i'm going to have to buff that edge out of the buckle this weekend.

Agree. A very smart looking diver. Lovely bezel arrangement and finish and a clean dial. Nothing at all to dislike. Congrats on a lovely addition to your collection.
