Fresh out of the box...
Fresh out of the box...
If ever there was a case of what you see in the flesh being different to what's online (in my eyes anyway) here it is because I wasn't really taken with the pictures I'd seen.
However I tried this on a couple of weeks ago and was bowled over. So I took the plunge yesterday
Bloomin' lovely

A very nice looking watch. Sorely tempted myself, might even take over the Aqua Terra Golf I have my eye on.
I wonder if amongst the forum members Tudor has been the most bought watch in the last 6 or so weeks.

I am the opposite. Thought the pictures looked great but seeing it in the flesh I was underwhelmed.Lego wrote:If ever there was a case of what you see in the flesh being different to what's online (in my eyes anyway) here it is because I wasn't really taken with the pictures I'd seen.

Re: Fresh out of the box...
Confession:
A friend has one and has worn nothing else (watch-wise) since receiving it, so when I was in town last week I dropped into a shop that sells watches that are from Switzerland. Like others, I found it truly wonderful to handle and wear: fine in photographs but brilliant when worn.

A lovely looking watch on most accounts - face, case, hands, bezel, colour scheme etc. I just cannot get on with those lugs, but on the SS bracelet they are less conspicuous.
