Very nice. The only thing that would make that watch better would be if it was mine :D

Very nice indeed, I found this brand earlier in the year and saw a couple that I like but I didn't notice this one, this is better than the ones that caught my eye. A new watch to add too my wish list.

Thanks. I have to say I'm really impressed. Nice too that they're pretty rare.

Sorry I missed your original post asking for thoughts on the brand.

Nice pick up by the way.

Certina seem to fill a space in the market very similar to Tissot - similar looks, build quality, specs and prices. Which is a bit odd as they're both part of the Swatch Group. I suppose this might explain why Certina is quite difficult to find in the UK where Tissot are everywhere. Yet, I understand that in other parts of Europe Certina are sold in greater numbers than Tissot. I actually sourced a decent limited edition haq Certina from a Spanish web site. This one:-

Sold it on eventually. I couldn't get on with the 22mm lug width, and thin lugs. All out of proportion to the size of the case.

But I do keep returning to the brand as they have some rather nice dressy autos that I keep admiring.

I too love the red touches. A C7 bla ck and red sports strap would go perfectly with this I think.

Thanks. Indeed, they are up there with Tissot for all the reasons you state. Big sponsor for international motorsports events. All the hands line up perfectly. Quality overall is excellent. Very impressed. My son says it has a sporty, vintage look which pretty much sums it up I feel.
