I may just wait.
Hope it escapes the dreaded charges and slips through.
At least i know where it is :)

Hi Rick,

My CD was just sitting in the Parcelforce depot waiting for me!

I put the tracking number from Boschett into the Parcelforce website, ticking the incoming international parcel option, and it told me it was held. The Parcelforce guy told me that any charging letters come from Customs and this time of year can take a long time.

I went over to the depot with id, and picked mine up, after paying a customs/VAT charge of £60.36p of course!

It's worth it though, a big chunk of watch, and worth the effort and expense in my opinion.

Ho Tooks
Thanks for the advice.
I phoned Parcel Force and as of yet my watch has not been handed over to them as it's still with customs.
Told they have a massive backlog to deal with so will have to wait a while longer.
Was hoping to get it for christmas but as long as i get it eventually i can wait.

Never mind, our country needs the money anyway!!

Seriously, even with the duty added, it's a great watch and I'm sure you'll be thrilled with it. The ratchet bracelet clasp is a particularly nice feature, and makes me wonder why all bracelets don't have such a thing. Fine adjustment to your wrist size is a work of seconds.

Here's an awful iPhone pic of mine (iPhone's don't seem to focus!!);

Picked mine up today from the Parcel Force depot.
One solid chunk of watch.
Need to take a couple of links out of mine which is quite unusal for me but have lost a bit of weight recently.
Had to pay the dreaded custom charges but still well worth the money IMOA.
Not good at pictures but will try to get something on later :D

Yours looks real nice Tooks,i see you went for the black bezel, very nice.
Agree with you on the rachet adjustment on the bracelet,a very neat idea. :D

Congrats on your CD 2's Guys. :D

Been wearing the forum LE over Christmas and only went for a change this morning, yes back to the CD 2, feels very substantial after wearing the CW for a few days. Find myself admiring the bracelet and clasp quite often it realy is a piece of quality engineering. : :D
