watching you fail in your quest for a “one watch” has been great entertainment

Excellent. It's a bit of event unboxing something like that. So tell us - is it everything you were hoping for?

Thank you so much everyone. I couldn't be happier
First wrist shot now that it has been resized to fit:
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and with the RRP now at £4,160 but their price still at £3,190 an absolute bargain at the moment!

There was a definite slowing of productivity after it arrived!scooter wrote:Not sure that I would have got any work done today.

It certainly is. My Seamaster came in a small red leather(ette?) box, so when this beast arrived I was gobsmacked. I know I've paid for it, but it really makes the delivery feel like a special moment.gaf1958 wrote:It's a bit of event unboxing something like that.
It did go really well. Excellent communication from Watchmaster. Only 10 days in total from order to delivery. Sent next-day from Germany safely and securely packaged, and none of this 'holding on to the warranty cards until after the returns period has passed' rubbish.Mikkei4 wrote:Looks like the whole buying process went really well also.

Everything and more. Having tried on the Hesalite version at the weekend I definitely made the right choice going for the sapphire sandwich. I can't see me wearing anything else for a long while..!gaf1958 wrote:So tell us - is it everything you were hoping for?

That is a stunner mate.
I love all the packaging etc, really makes it so special.
It looks great on your wrist, just so 'right'.

Re: Birthday Watch Too
Top notch Simon.
Certainly no expense spared on presentation and packaging.
Did I see two straps with it?
Much enjoyment ahead, but do remember to set aside valuable wrist time for your other watches.

Thanks Ferg. It is quite possibly the perfect shape and size for me, and so comfortable.MiniMpi wrote:...looks great on your wrist, just so 'right'.
Yes, a black NATO and a black velcro astronaut strap. I doubt either will ever get worn, but cool to haveBahnstormer_vRS wrote:Did I see two straps with it?
It'll be tough, but I'll certainly try toBahnstormer_vRS wrote:...but do remember to set aside valuable wrist time for your other watches.
