Balticus Watches - Grey Seal

Post by tempusmaximus »

Found these while browsing the web . Balticus is a small Polish watch company , that unveiled its first watch about a month ago (The Grey Seal) . The watch is powered by a Miyota 9015 cal , has a sapphire crystal , is 300m WR and comes in a compressor style case with screw down crowns .If you like your colourful diver watches , these may interest you .

I was quite liking it until I read the dreaded words, 44mm case :(

They look a lot of fun. Sadly, as IAJ says - the case size is a killer.

I agree. 44mm is simply way too small these days. Had it been in a 47mm case, then these would be well worth a look.

Those are nicely priced: 1100 PLN (~190 GBP) and you also get both leather and mesh. I'd consider it but after owning G.Gerlach Navigator compressors aren't my thing.

Very nicely priced imo , considering what you get for your money .
