This is rather pretty.

First batch sold out very quickly.

Anyone here a fan?

I’ve seen a Baltic or two around the forum. I’m not familiar with them.

At first glance, I really liked it. Nice and thin, good textures on the dial. Are they pushing the limits on price for a watch with a Chinese movement though? It works out to just over $625 USD.

It's not cheap but anything unusual like that will attract a higher price mark really. Some Chinese movements are superb and shouldn't put people off. Stick a Swiss or Japanese micro-rotor movement in and the RRP would rocket. I think Baltic have come up trumps here. The dial layering is beautifully done. They've come a long way from their humble, Kickstarter beginnings, a bit like Marloe, Zelos and so on.

Are there any reviews of the movement that folks know of ?.. :-k
Ebels are a lot like women that lack a lowcut dress that zips up the side..neither gets the love that they deserve..

I imagine it will need a lot of years for Chinese watches and especially watch movements to get the cachet of a swiss watch.

I’ve got a lot of time for Baltic, they have been producing ever nicer designs as of late.

This watch is visually very attractive but you can see very clearly where some of the design cues came from. Even down to the Breguet style numerals… :?
