Well my grandpop died a few years ago, and i got his watch yesterday. I cant seem to find any info on it. Wondering if anyone has seen it before or knows about the brand thanks.

Looks like it is "Lowill". I did a quick search and they used to advertise in Billboard magazine. See this for an example,

Yea perfect. He lived in Philly. I guess its not really worth any money... should i invest in fixing it up?

Just because it is a contract (private label) watch does not mean it does not have value. What movement is in the watch?
If you can identify the movement maker you may have something there. There should be a makers mark in there somewhere.
Regardless, it has family value. I would certainly get a basic service and clean it up. Family treasures can never be replaced.

Nice litle watch,and looks a touch art deco style?!! I'd probably date that to the 30's or 40's??
Can you get a close up of the dial and caseback, and a close up of the movement if possible??
