Here's the link. I have just caught up on the thread over there and can see that Eddie didn't take the piece forward due to the potential supplier requesting serious money up front. Worth a read.

Eddie's version was on my radar too but having revisited the thread I note that he was looking to use the same modular movement as the Steinhart version. It's possible that it might have been just as deep. On my travels through the different forums I am sure I saw a version made by a firm called Schuren which used a Chinese movement as was much slimmer.

Tudor heritage chrono uses the same movement and is 13mm thick.
