Don't touch them with a barge-pole! Bought one of these watches from Kendor van Noah. The first one they sent me had a winder hanging off. Returned it and got a replacement. Wore the replacement half a dozen times and found the second hand had become disengaged and was lying within the watch face. Got in touch with Kendor van Noah and asked for a refund as the watch was "not fit for purpose" that it had been sold for. They subsequently ignored all correspondence asking for a refund which if sold in Britain I would have been entitled to under The Sale of Goods Act 1979. Instead they referred me to Andre Belfort who would only agree to repair it. I am now left with a watch which I have no confidence in. I've had £10 watches which have lasted longer. The reason they can get away with selling sub-standard goods is because they are selling them solely on-line where the consumer has no protection. You will not find these watches for sale on the "High St" so this should give you an indication of their sales technique. I've now learnt quite an expensive lesson.
