1000 mph Rolex Speedometer

Post by Lavaine »

Rolex is supplying the speedometer and timer for the Bloodhound SSC land speed vehicle. These are actually pretty decent looking Rolex (Rolexes?, Rolii?).

I'm thinking a LE Rolex with a back plate fashioned from a panel from the Bloodhound SSC. :D

An interesting video detailing the cockpit of the Bloodhound SSC. Fast forward to about 2:15 for Rolex content.

I want to know how he keeps this thing on the ground at 1000 mph.

Fixed that for you. This and the Bluebird will both be fun to watch.
