Re: CW seconde/seconde/ collaboration
I have to make an admission that shows just how much I am NOT down with the kids.... I had never heard of or have any clue about second/seconde :? CW is the latest in an ever growing list of collaborations. Can't say I've ever shown an interest in any of them. https://seconde-seconde.com/pages/past...

Re: CW seconde/seconde/ collaboration
It’s not my cup of tea but it’s not as bad as I feared it could turn out. I do think the stationary set that comes with it is a nice feature though.

Re: Non CW of the Day
This time last week I had never owned a G-Shock. Now I’ve got these two and a rather fancy book.

CW seconde/seconde/ collaboration
Just spotted this on Instagram. Coming this Thursday 26th at 3pm BST.
Some of their previous collaborations have been a bit too quirky for me so I’m not too sure what to expect with this one. Looks like it’s going to be based on one of the divers, notePADI certified.

Re: Divers in the context of your collection?
Looking at the poll, I’m slightly surprised that the majority had fewer than 50% divers. The OTD threads hinted at a higher number, but there may be reasons for that. Perhaps a lot of people wear their dive watches more frequently than their other watches. I’m wondering who the other diver-less per...

Re: Non CW of the Day
Got this yesterday evening. I think it’s my first Casio since 1981 and obviously my first G-Shock.

Re: CWL of the day
If I wasn’t infected with the watch collecting bug, this could be the only watch I would ever need.

Re: Divers in the context of your collection?
My three divers make up 25% of the watches that get regular wear. I’m a keen user of @Stif’s excellent WristTrack app and the data tells me that the divers have seen 23% of my wrist time this year, so I seem to have got the proportions just about right.

Re: CW in the context of your collection?
CW watches currently make up just over half of my collection and three quarters of the watches worn on a regular basis. Though I bought my first CW ten years ago, it's only over the last couple of years that I began to consider myself as a watch collector and during the last two years my CW count ha...

Re: USA Showroom Appointment Bookings is Now Live.
^^^^ Are you suggesting Virtual Appointments in the same way as CW already offers them from Maidenhead? . . . . . customers could then also benefit from the plan for CW to cover duty on ordered watches. What plan is this? Guy It’s detailed in the link in the first post. The watches are still shippe...

Re: Sealander GMT - prolonged wearing, improved timekeeping?
Resurrection to add another idea. I put this watch on (cold start, no winding, power up on the wrist) on Monday, and after 72 hours… IMG_2067.jpeg When I took it to Malta in April it gained 22s over 8 days. Still very good. It goes to show that even these very precise/accurate chronometers are subj...
