Who's your favourite musician / group / band / artist?

Post by Bahnstormer_vRS »

Taking a lead from the What are you listening to now thread it seems that certain forum contributors, myself included, have a few favourite musicians / groups / bands / artists which they listen to a lot.

So who's your favourite top five?

Here's mine;-
1. Joe Bonamassa
2. Pink Floyd
3. Led Zeppelin
4. Eric Clapton
5. Yes

Selection may be objective or scientific. I've used 'Tree Size Free' to identify, by file size, who I've got the most music of, ripped to my PC.

I have a very eclectic taste in most things.

Taylor Swift was not put in as a joke either. It was a close run thing with Lulu who adorned my teenage bedroom walls (all four in fact). Just thinking about that brings back many happy memories, although probably not appropriate here.

Lulu's 'Love Loves To Love Lulu' album is currently on my car mp3 playlist. I've still got the vinyl copy somewhere.

As far as Taylor Swift is concerned (I have all the albums on digital), the track 'Clean' from her last album is an absolute belter.
