6am on work days which starts at 7am (It's nice to finish at 3pm). Weekends I try to sleep in until 7 or 8am. Sleep before 11:30pm most nights.

I'm awake at 6 when my wife's alarm goes off. She leaves the house around 7.30 at which time I go for my daily run for 30 minutes.

My work regularly takes me across two time zones so UK rise can be 3am to 6am, and lights out around midnight. I recently got an app for monitoring my snoring (don't laugh but it's called Snore Labs) and what remedies are effective against it. It tracks my uneven sleep periods (max 8 hours, min 3hrs, avg 6hrs)

5:40am during the week and around 7:30am on the weekends. I always read in the bed so I'm usually asleep by 11pm during the week, sometimes earlier. On the weekends I'm rarely in the bed before 11pm.

What's funny is that when I was a kid, I would routinely stay up to 2 or 3 in the morning on Friday and Saturday. One of the local channels did horror movies on Fridays and Kung Fu movies on Saturdays. I loved staying up all by myself to all hours of the morning watching them. Now I think my sleep is way to important.

I'm an early bird and I'm usually up and around about 5.30 to 6.00 a.m. though sometimes it's even earlier in summer. I've always loved the early mornings, especially when out painting or fishing but I'm always dead to the world in the evenings by ten o'clock and sleep as soon as my head hits the pillow.

My wife is the reverse and would happily sleep till noon, to be honest it's a wonder we are ever up at the same time and able to chat ... :?

My norm is to get up between 6 and 7. Yep early mornings are best part of day.

I would love to be able to cram what feels like 8 hours sleep into an actual 10 minutes, ie after 10 minutes sleep I would feel like I have had a good nights rest. I would then be able to enjoy 23 hours and 50 minutes of everyday :) Sleeping is such a waste of time, but we have to do it unfortunately.

Like many, it seems, I am, or have become, a morning person. I'm usually up at 6:30am weekdays and only slightly later on weekends. As I've advanced well into middle age that pattern has become more and more established. My wife is the complete opposite. She's incoherent in the mornings and will regularly sleep until 11am on weekends.

Mornings, after I've been for a 2.5 mile walk, made breakfast and I've got my coffee, are my quiet times.
