Made cheese and onion bread today. Having it for supper with sliced tomatoes in balsamic, hot-smoked salmon, salads, camembert lait cru, followed by strawberries & coconut yoghurt. Chilled Viognier.

New diet challenge for us lately. No grains, dairy, or sugar.

Cilantro & Jalapeño hamburgers (no bun or cheese) with guacamole and chipotle mayonnaise. Side of roasted sweet potatoes and green beans. Banana/almond butter 'ice cream" for desert (basically frozen bananas thrown in a blender).
