Grilled Flank Steak. Marinated for 48 hours. I'll even go one further and share the marinade recipe. Try it and you'll thank me later.

Use more for a larger cut of meat (or marinate 2 at the same time)
1/2 - 2/3 Cup oil
1/4 - 1/3 Cup brown sugar
1/4 - 1/3 Soya Sauce
2 - 3 Tablespoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons - Fresh grated ginger
4 Cloves garlic chopped.
1 large onion chopped.
