May have to dig some saved up casseroles out of the freezer for tomorrow and the weekend. It's bloody 'orrible here!

big chunk of roast pork - baked potatoes - oven-roasted vegetables...
the odd sip of somethin vinous!

kitchen is smelling great - cupboards are stocked - I work from home and don't need to leave the house until the end of next week - and it is snowing - very happy!

I had some Tesco Burgers but they gave me the trots...

The snow defeated my trip to the local Indian as The Lady decided against it (didn't stop me diving to Cheltenham the next day to collect a watch!)

Anyway I am cooking this evening for The Lady and it is Chicken Jerez together with the last glass of Oloroso (the rest is in the chicken).
