
i may have to experiment. maybe i'll even try being crazy and doing in in my new fancy multi-cooker (pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker all in one).

I certainly approve of the cheese selection. I am most intrigued by the crusted cheddar.
I love a good Beef Wellington (but am trying to cut down a bit on red meat) However on Shrove Tuesday I have special dispensation. The perfect use for excess pancakes is to use them in a Wellington!
