Last night ( Valentines day ) I cooked Sirloin steak, mange tout, baby corn and Potato dauphinoise ( ok, pre packed ) for a very surprised wife !!
Still had room for chocolate fudge cake for afters :)

My all-time fave pasta dish - haven't made it for ages!
Chestnut mushrooms cooked in sesame oil with olives, tomato & basil sauce stirred into penne and topped with freshly grated pecorino. =P~
