Just finished watching "The Terror".

While all my mates are raving about "Westworld, Billions and Designated Survivor " which I may watch in time, I decided to watch a British made Historicalish drama, which in my opinion, is the best thing to hit our screens since the first series of the aforementioned "Westworld ".
The acting is of the highest calibre, and the plot unfolds at a gentle but satisfying pace. It is a bit too gory in places, but it is Ridley Scott produced, so to be expected.
It's only 10 episodes, so a couple of decent binges' and it's done.

I love Gervais, but I wasn't keen on his new stand up show.

Having watched all the "Bosch" available on Amazon Prime I have now moved onto "Goliath" which is about a washed up lawyer who takes on a case against his old firm and a big bad corporate. It is excellent so far and Billy Bob Thornton in the lead is superb.

Having inherited a 'new' TV with Netflix installed, looks like a good reason to get back to watching 'Better Call Saul' series 2.

Hello there.

With most of the streaming services at my disposal, it's sometimes difficult to pick something to watch.
I watched "Picard" on Amazon last night and thought it was great. I'm not a Treky, so i had to google the difference between Romulan and Vulcan. But a thoroughly enjoyable show, which i will stick with.

I'm also binging on "Upstart Crow" on iPlayer.
Although some of the references go over my head, i think it's very funny.

What are you watching and would recommend ?

One that I really enjoyed on Prime Video was "Startup".

I've also just finished watching "The Looming Tower" on Prime Video.
Not as "enjoyable", but still worth a watch imo.
