My Christmas song for 2021. I normally choose Mariah Carey or the Pogues and Kirsty McColl or Wizzard or whatnot, but this year I don’t much feel like tweety people telling me what Christmas is all about. Christmas is very changed for many this year, and many are busy building different-shaped worlds for themselves right now. So I didn’t want words. Just this. (The pup seems to enjoy good music- he pricked his ears when I played ‘Blue Christmas’ by Elvis, then stretched out and relaxed to enjoy Mike Oldfield.
