Don't forget our very own CWL winders.
I've got two of the old ones and they're great, the new ones are better AND they're expandable so they will keep up with most collections (not Ian B's of course
)

I got a cheapo Time thingy from Amazon for £25 a few years back. It stopped working, my brother law replaced the elastic band which had snapped and now it works fine again! I kid you not!
