I think, it's a no-brainer. Mainly due, to the rather, strange sentence construction, and the weird use of the, comma.

What I don't understand is, why? :?

The most concerning thing about this is that the two votes for "I just don't know" will be The Laird and Tri-Tech.

The only person who is not sure who he is - himself.
