Tourbillon : that vague feeling you get towards the end of the evening in a restaurant when your stomach starts to tell you that those prawns might not have been daisy-fresh.

Tourbillon Minute Repeater : the realisation is beginning to dawn that the prawns were definitely not fresh.

Flying Tourbillon : the mad headlong dash to make it to the bathroom before the involuntary reappearance of said prawns.
