Haven't been on the forum in some time and read this saga. You've handled this perfectly IMO. How did this story end? Chrno24 release the money?
Thanks! The guy had me seriously doubting myself. It was nice having the reassurance here!

Chrono24 completed mediation on June 29th. It then rolled over to the standard time period for the release of funds. Funds release automatically in 14 days, unless the buyer clicks the button to release sooner. So likely July 13th.

Drama over, money’s in the bank 8)

I should have charged him interest for holding my money hostage for more than a month!

May you never encounter that buyer again.

He's probably been chastised by his other half for buying a watch and now he's trying to ruin your life instead because of his mistake.

The next complaint, which will come on Saturday, will be 'THIS WATCH SAYS IT'S THE 31ST JUNE, ITS CLEARLY BROKEN'.

Some people...
It might say it's the 31st, but I doubt it says it's June.
Yeah that was a joke.. 🙂

Yes, I missed the "will be" :D
I hope you get it resolved quickly, anyway.
