Spring???

Post by Lavaine »

So this is how spring is starting for us on the Canadian Prairies. I know it's not a whole lot better in Kip's neck of the woods. Is it spring anywhere yet?

hey, i don't blame phil. if you wake me up and then drag me out of my hole and into the cold in front of thousands of people, i'd probably give you the finger and lie to you, too.

I am sat in my studio with all the heaters on, a scarf around my neck, wearing a thermal fleece and base layer. If spring has sprung, it has either done it somewhere else or it has been hanging out with Ol' Man Winter for too long.

Great weather. Rivers flowing fast and high. I can hear my kayak trying to get out of the shed...

Personally I would open the shed door and tell it to be home for tea. Then wrap up warm infront of a fire with a book and a cup of coffee.

All is well here three hours to the South Lavaine :)

We were spared and am looking at dry pavement and grass turning green - was +14C here on Wednesday this week.
